Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and referring candidates.
• Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check qualifications again job specifications and cultural fit
• Source candidates for open requisitions across multiple departments
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and strategies to provide high quality candidates for open positions
• Maintain candidate pipelines for all positions
• Partner with the hiring managers to implement and execute effective sourcing strategies to recruit top industry talent
• Create job descriptions; build communications for passive candidates
• Provide weekly activity reports
Requirements and Education
• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5+ years of recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to articulate employment value proposition
• Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers
• Solid demonstrated proficiency in using recruitment technologies (Taleo, LinkedIn, Outlook, Database mining, etc.)
