Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and referring candidates.

• Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check qualifications again job specifications and cultural fit
• Source candidates for open requisitions across multiple departments
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and strategies to provide high quality candidates for open positions
• Maintain candidate pipelines for all positions
• Partner with the hiring managers to implement and execute effective sourcing strategies to recruit top industry talent
• Create job descriptions; build communications for passive candidates
• Provide weekly activity reports

Requirements and Education
• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5+ years of recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to articulate employment value proposition
• Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers
• Solid demonstrated proficiency in using recruitment technologies (Taleo, LinkedIn, Outlook, Database mining, etc.)

Summary of Responsibilities

Under the direction of Vice President, Human Resources the Manager, Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition efforts, including but not limited to developing and executing effective strategies and practices to recruit, coach and develop organizational talent.  In addition, the Manager, Human Resources will plan, develop, implement and administer other human resources programs such as compliance, employee relations, talent management and development.
