Speaker Bio:John Vuko joined Zosano Pharma in June 2008 and is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Vuko is responsible for the financial, legal, human resource and information technology matters of the company. Prior to joining Zosano, Mr. Vuko was the Chief Financial Officer at Genitope Corporation that was developing a personalized immunotherapy and monoclonal antibody to treat follicular non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. While Mr. Vuko was at Genitope, they raised over $200 million in the public markets. Before joining Genitope, Mr. Vuko was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Incyte Corporation which provided genomic information and services to the research community. While at Incyte, Mr. Vuko assisted in raising over $600 million in the public markets. Prior to Genitope, Mr. Vuko held similar positions at Ross Stores Inc., Achievement Radio Holdings and CooperVision Inc. and CooperLasersonics Inc. Mr. Vuko began his professional career at Price Waterhouse & Co. and is a CPA.
