In 2008, BOLD began a Roundtable
pilot program in SSF to see if members were interested in discussing
their experience with each other in the areas of HR, Organization
Development, and Talent Management. Participants found these informal
discussions to be helpful, relevant and pragmatic. Besides providing
another great networking opportunity with HR/OD colleagues,
members discovered the groups were small and informal enough that they
could ask questions relevant to their work situation as well as their
individual career needs.
