Instructors Bio:
Francois Thrower has over 15 years of consulting experience to executives and managers on a worldwide basis in a variety of industries. His areas of specialization are strategy evaluation, marketing analysis and financial modeling. Much of his work has focused on the financial implications of managerial actions and building analytical frameworks to rigorously assess marketing and strategic choices.
In general, Mr. Thrower has:
• Facilitated strategic planning initiatives working with general managers to research, gather data and conduct analysis around strategically relevant issues.
• Integrated financial evaluation frameworks into the business case processes at Fortune 500 companies.
• Created and customized business simulations to reflect economic and industry dynamics for various clients
• Led client interventions in the areas of general strategy, lifecycle management, financial evaluation techniques and channel management strategy for technology clients.
