As growBOLD expands it's network and resources, there are a few opportunities for volunteers to participate. In exchange for time and skills, growBOLD can offer volunteers membership, connections to the leaders on the Core Team, and exposure to the Life Sciences Industry. A minimum of six months participation is required. Estimated time will depend on the role and responsibilities of the position (estimated at 3 - 8 hours per month).

How would you like to grow yourself while growing BOLD?
Available positions:
- Mentorship Committee: We are now re-designing our mentorship program to address the needs of mentors and mentees. Volunteers are needed to help co-design, develop and deliver a quality program. We are looking for one leader and one or two participants (the time and level of participation will vary; please email for more information).
- Membership & Marketing: Reach out to prospective new members, initiate and contribute to discussions on the BOLD Linkedin group
- Workshop Committee Leader: A volunteer in this role would enjoy managing projects and be a strong communicator as they would be the liaison between the workshop committee and the Core Team Leaders and manage the workshop timeline.
- Webinar Leader: This volunteer would be our liaison between the BOLD Core Team and webinar presenters. An interest (or experience) in the technology and in HR/OD skill building is needed. This is a new position and would be great for a creative self-starter.
