BOLD Core Team: The Core Team consists of the leads for each of the Committees. Governance questions and issues are addressed in monthly meetings. The team is lead by Mary Ann Ireland, founder of BOLD.
BOLD Committees: There are four committees that comprise the Core team, each lead by an active BOLD member.
Workshops creates pragmatic, informational, relevant and interactive programs based on the needs and current industry climate of our members.

Roundtables identify locations, dates, times and topics for informal discussion groups through the year. Committee Members lead and facilitate these member meetings.

Operations develops and enhances BOLD’s infrastructure to meet the needs of our members. This includes all matters related to managing membership (application process, contact information, metrics about the group etc.), newsletters/member surveys, website, and marketing.
Mentorship supports members’ enhancement (or advancement) of their own skills, confidence and competence through partnership with experienced HR/OD professionals. The Mentorship Steering Committee facilitates the mentoring matching process and provides tools and practices to meet the learning needs of all participants. This pilot program was initiated in July of 2007 and facilitates an open enrollment session every January and July. Click here for more information about the program.
