Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with management and employees to execute HR direction, design, and strategy within the business
- Ensure alignment with strategic business requirements and change management initiatives
- Promote a strong client focus by building relationships, working collaboratively, and providing guidance
- Advise managers, supervisors and employees with respect to interpretation and application of HR policies and programs; provide technical expertise with respect to resolving HR related issues and concerns
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to client leadership regarding organizational design and development
- Utilize company policy and legal guidelines to investigate complex employee relations matters and counsel management and employees toward resolution
- Work with the Executive Director of HR and the rest of the HR team to proactively evaluate HR programs and activities; drive the creation, development and roll out of new programs designed to meet the changing needs the organization
- Partner with client group leaders to drive HR initiatives (i.e., performance management, goal setting, training, etc.)
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process; create and facilitate strategic workforce planning process; utilize knowledge regarding the business needs of the Company, as well as individual departments, to develop and implement creative, proactive recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions, facilitation of postings and advertising, sourcing and screening, interviewing, and working with management to create competitive offers
- Responsible for administration of Company’s Immigration and Relocation program and processes
