BOLD Core Team: Governance questions and issues are addressed in quarterly meetings with the leaders of each committee, although any committee member is welcome to participate.

Operations develops and enhances BOLD’s infrastructure to meet the needs of our members. This includes all matters related to managing membership (application process, contact information, metrics about the group etc.), newsletters/member surveys, website, marketing and logistics (identifying meeting hosts, some yahoo group responsibilities, etc.).

Mentorship supports members’ enhancement (or advancement) of their own skills, confidence and competence through partnership with experienced HR/OD professionals. The Mentorship Steering Committee facilitates the mentoring matching process and provides tools and practices to meet the learning needs of all participants. This pilot program was initiated in July of 2007 and facilitates an open enrollment session every January and July. Click here for more information about the program.
