Attend this 3 1/2 hour workshop and learn from seasoned consultants and your col-leagues. First, keynote speaker Chris Pollino, from Genentech's Executive Development group, will share his experience with 360 assessments and walk through a case study of the work done with the executive team at Genentech. Next, we will break out into groups to discuss benchmark data and best practices. During the event multiple 360 vendors will be present to share their instruments and respond to participant questions.

Guest Keynote Speaker:
Chris Pollino is a Principle Consultant in Genentech’s Executive Development Group. His responsibilities include managing the enterprise-wide 360 and executive coaching programs, and supporting the company’s talent management processes including talent review and succession planning. Prior to joining Genentech, Chris was a Vice-President and General Manager for Personnel Decisions International (PDI). At PDI, he was responsible for the San Francisco Operating Office and also consulted in a variety of areas including executive assessment, coaching, and 360 feedback.
Breakout Session Speakers:
Dale S. Rose, Ph.D. will be leading the breakout session: “Benchmarking national 360-degree feedback trends: The 10 most common practices in 2009”
Dale is the President of 3D Group, a Bay Area consulting firm specializing in 360-degree feedback, employee surveys, program evaluation, and leadership development. Dr. Rose is an expert in leadership development, evaluation research, and assessment-based human resources solutions. Dr. Rose has provided 1-on-1 coaching to over 400 leaders and has authored more than a dozen commercial-grade talent development assessments. He has published widely and presented on best practices nationally to organizations including the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and the Northern California Human Resources Association. Dr. Rose received his Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University with a minor in Organizational Effectiveness Technologies.
Wayne Reschke will be leading the breakout session: "You've got the 360 data, now what?"
Wayne is a founding partner of the Center for Organization Effectiveness, a management consulting firm based in Madison, WI, and its assessment division, surveysbydesign. He has 30 years of HRD experience, including work in leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, culture change and organizational design. Wayne co-designed the FocusView™ 360 tool which has been used by clients such as HJ Heinz, Gallup, Toyota, Shell, DISH Network, Nokia, Citrix, and Monster.
Paul Warner will be leading the breakout session: "8 Steps for Turning 360 Degree Feedback into Results"
Paul is the Director of Consulting Services /Coach, DecisionWise, a leadership consultant and expert in the field of coaching, assessment, and organizational development and change. He has nearly ten years of experience in training, development, and consulting. Before joining DecisionWise, Paul was the President of Warner Consulting Group which specialized in organization assessment and development. He has worked with both large and small companies in training and development capacities, and uses the most innovative tools to bring about change in individuals and organizations. His clients include major players in technology, healthcare, and manufacturing. He is trained and certified to administer the most advanced assessment tools in the areas of personality, leadership, conflict, and emotional intelligence. He has a Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and will be completing a dual PhD in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology in 2009 from the California School of Professional Psychology, Marshal Goldsmith School of Management.

The road will immediately split into two - proceed LEFT towards Seaport Blvd.
Merge onto Seaport Blvd.
Get in the Left lane.

Turn Left at Galveston.
Make an immediate left into the first driveway, 101 Galveston is the first building on the left as you enter the parking lot.
