BOLD Workshops
BOLD is shifting its focus from lunch meetings held six times a year, to quarterly workshops. These high quality, interactive workshops are custom designed for HR professionals in the life sciences industry (including biotech/pharma/device/tools/diagnostic companies).
Each workshop will include:
- Presentation of a relevant HR/OD topic, including definitions, terms, and possibly a case study
- Break for networking and light snacks
- Interactive breakout sessions that focus on participant questions, concerns, sharing of ideas and/or collecting best practices
- Handouts of relevant articles, resources and information that will support participants to return to their workplace with practical solutions to their challenges at work
